Spring is in the air, the days are longer, trees are budding and flowers blooming – and the kids are back in school.
Synonymous with spring, buyers are awakened from their winter hibernation, planning for the coming months with intentions of being resettled by the start of the next school year. Spring is a great time of year.

We are navigating through turbulent times in the real estate market. Activity is like never before. Homes are selling at lightning speed, with multiple offers for over asking price. Sellers, do your due diligence and follow some simple steps to be assured that you generate the absolute best price possible for your home at any given time. Did you know that there are about 450 licensed home inspectors in B.C.? How do you choose which is best? It’s not easy, which is why the government is finally making changes. The new rules will require standardized training for all home inspectors. Home Buyers – do your research!
